This is the first establishment where I was able to get really properly cooked meat. The rabbit was soaked properly, had no foreign smell and was soft. The salad is balanced, the alcohol is natural, selected to match the taste preferences of the client and accordingly to the dish. I noted that the staff is extremely attentive to the needs of the client. And the interior with books allows you to feel at home in a cozy atmosphere. I will plan my next trip to Rome so that the restaurant is within walking distance.

We passed near this restaurant dozens of times but we got there on our last day. The atmosphere is very calm, just few minutes from Trevi Fountain. The food is well made served with matched plates. Wine in glass menu includes very good surprising wines from unfamiliar region -Offida

We were walking around trying to find a place for dinner, and looked in and they had a nice bar set up, so we decided to give it a try. They nailed my Manhattan, the sommelier was incredible, and recommended what will now be one of our favorite wines (and was local, which we love). The food blew us away. The dishes were unique, presented beautifully, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean and AIR CONDITIONED. Would absolutely return next time I am in Rome.

The service was fantastic, the staff friendly and graceful. They gave a unique experience of some of my favorite dishes while including offal and pasta amatriciana. I highly recommend if you want to try some fantastic Roman dishes with fresh perspective.
